T-shirt design

This was done for a series called The Power. The brief was to design a t-shirt to be worn by a cast member. The image and band name had to be original. I had settled on The Malkys which derives from a Scottish slang word for an assault/murder. The image I did was in black gouache. The character wearing the t-shirt is a teenager/adolescent so I wanted to infuse a grunge/heavy metal/indie influence in the imagery. Included are some other iterations that were considered.
